CSS is truly the way to go. For those not into web development this is the way that many web pages / sites are designed, they use Cascading Style Sheets to manage how a web page is presented. I have purchased several books on this and still have problems with browser compatability - different versions of web browser tend to display CSS pages slightly differently.

I have just come across a cool website - consultants and training on CSS - check it out.
